I am a wife, a mother, an artist, a teacher, a student, and a multi-certified coach.
More than anything, I deeply believe in the power of creativity to transform a life.

My Story

I have been creating for as long as I can remember.
As a little girl, I gathered the neighborhood kids and put on shows. I was writing, directing, designing, and performing, completely in my element.
That creative thread has followed me through every chapter of my life. From theater, to designing clothing, to creating educational art and performing arts programs for children, to designing homes, to now creating spaces where others can reconnect with their own creativity.
Creativity was never just something I did.
It was always something that helped me feel alive.

A Turning Point

There was a time in my life when everything shifted.
Walking through breast cancer changed me in ways I could never have imagined. It brought fear and uncertainty, but also clarity.
Through that experience, creativity became something deeper.
Not just expression.
But healing.
Grounding.
A way back to myself.
It reminded me that creativity is not extra.
It is essential.
It is how we process, how we breathe, and how we come back home to who we are.

Why I Do This Work

Today, my purpose is to help you reconnect with that part of yourself.

The part that has been quieted, pushed aside, or told it was not creative enough.

I am here to help you silence the inner critic trust your own expression
and rediscover the creative life that already lives inside of you

My Life

I live in Southern California with my college sweetheart. We have two amazing kids, a grand-puppy, and two grand-kitties.
My life is full of love, creativity, and connection, and I bring all of that into the spaces I create.
